Shipping info
Shipping within Australia
Your order will be packed and posted within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
I send out an email or text with your tracking number attached when your order is ready for shipping so that you can keep an eye on your delivery. If you don't receive it, please check your junk folder.
All items are sent with Australia Post, registered letter or Parcel Post. Please keep an eye on the tracking of your order, and if there are any issues, please firstly contact Australia Post with your tracking number. If there are any issues, please let me know.
At the moment standard shipping is taking up to two weeks depending how far away you are from me in Bundaberg, Queensland. Express is no longer an overnight guarantee and can be anything up to a week.

Order under $150
Standard: Flat rate of $9.50
Express post: Flat rate of $12.50
Order $150+
Standard: Free
Express post: Flat rate of $7
All jewellery is packed in organza bags and rigid boxes for protection, gift boxes can be added when ordering. All items come with a certificate of authenticity.
Also available are greeting cards if you wish to send a gift directly, please message me to organise and I will hand write your message for you.

Shipping times vary, please keep an eye on the tracking number you receive in your shipping email.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Millefiori Murano does not charge or collect these costs and is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at info@millefiorimurano.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchangesI accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. My full refund policy is available here
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at info@millefiorimurano.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
